The Refuge de Bostan overlooks the Giffre Valley and the municipality of Samoëns in Haute-Savoie. Built in the early 1980s, it has been constantly evolving. This beautiful, spacious wooden chalet is now a warm, comfortable and welcoming place where it is a pleasure to spend time. It is a welcoming spot for all hikers: the refuge lies on the Tour des Dents Blanches and the Tour des Dents d’Oddaz routes, and is also a variant of the GR5. It offers all the facilities and accommodation needed for a quick stop or an overnight stay.
From the refuge’s terrace, you can watch the marmots, the flight of eagles or bearded vultures, and the chamois passing along the cliffs.
